Tea Party Moment for Democrats？ Obama Offers a Reminder to Anti-Trump Protesters ｜ CNN This Morning

As left-wing protests against the Trump administration grow, Democrats are hoping to capture the same energy and enthusiasm that sparked the Tea Party movement in 2009. The "CNN This Morning" expert panel—featuring Jackie Kucinich (Boston Globe), Jim Messina (former Obama campaign manager), and Rob Bluey (The Daily Signal)—analyzes Kristen Soltis Anderson's warning that "fury" is now Democrats' dominant emotion. While Kamala Harris speaks of courage being "contagious," former President Barack Obama reminds supporters that real change requires sacrifice. But will Democrat enthusiasm translate to swing voters who chose Trump for economic reasons? And what do recent election results in Wisconsin and Florida tell us about voter sentiment? Watch the panel debate whether Democrats can channel protest energy into a compelling vision that resonates beyond their base. #PoliticalProtest #DemocraticStrategy #2025Politics #SwingVoters #CNNThisMorning #DailySignal The Daily Signal cannot continue to tell stories, like this one, without the support of our viewers: https://secured.dailysignal.com/
