Kingdom Movie Review ｜ Kairam Vaashi ｜ THR India

Kairam Vaashi reviews Kingdom, the Telugu action drama starring Vijay Deverakonda in the lead role. Directed and written by Gowtam Tinnanuri and produced by Suryadevara Naga Vamsi and Sai Soujanya under Sithara Entertainments, Fortune Four Creations, and Srikara Studios, this spy action thriller follows a police constable named Suri whose only driving force is to reunite with his missing brother Shiva, played by Satyadev. In this detailed review for The Hollywood Reporter India, Kairam examines how the film enters the arena with striking, near-flawless filmmaking while drawing comparisons to recent films like KGF and Retro. She discusses how the story spans from the coastal belt of Srikakulam in 1920 to the shores of Jaffna, Sri Lanka in 1991, presenting a "chosen one" story nested inside a geo-political spy thriller wrapped inside a layered brothers' drama.
