Ingredients For Tzatziki Sauce : Cucumber (thinly sliced) 1 Yogurt 2 cup Garlic (chopped) 1 tbsp Lemon juice 1 tsp Salt ½ tsp Pepper 1 ½ tsp Mint (chopped) 2 tbsp For Gyro Meat: Beef Mince ½ kg Onion (chopped) 1 cup Pepper 1 tbsp Oregano 1 tsp Cumin 1 tbsp Salt 1 tsp Bread crumbs 1 cup Pita bread 6 Onion (sliced) 1 large Tomato (sliced) 2 Chello Kabab with Butter Rice Ingredients: Chicken Mince ½ kg Onion Paste 2 Rice 4 tbsp Olives Oil 1 tsp Red Chili Powder 1 tsp Green Chili ( chopped) 1 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tsp Coriander Leaves (chopped) 1 tsp Egg 1 Salt ½ tsp Butter 100 gms Rice (boiled) ½ kg Oil as required Method: • In a blender, blended mince. • Now add onion paste, rice , olives oil, red chili powder,green chilies, ginger garlic pate, egg, coriander leaves, salt and mix well. • Now make long kababs. • After this, fry in heat oil or put the kabab on skewers. • Now rice take it out in a dish, pour kababs and tomatoes. • Delicious Chello Kabab with Butter Rice.
