He is currently living with his elder brother, Jeetendra “Jeetu” Pratap Singh, and is being treated for some psychotic disorder. Ronny claims that during the accident, his girlfriend Alisha was with him, and she died. The strange thing is that such a girl does not seem to exist at all. No one has seen or even heard of her. In an anger, Ronny beats his brother, leading to his arrest. Unable to convince even Jeetu of her existence, Ronny tries to get on with his life by going back to work. Meanwhile, he meets Olivia (whose actual name is shown to be Prathista), a sex worker. She sympathises with Ronny. Despite all evidence against Alisha’s existence, memories of her and their love continue to haunt Ronny. Fortunately for him, a chance meeting with Alisha’s aunt sets the ball rolling (Ronny obtains all the information from Alisha’s aunt, who is not really her aunt but instead pretends to be, and she gets killed by a goon called Paulo and Ronny gets knocked down). After that, things begin to unravel. Ronny finds out that he is being tortured by powerful and wealthy man named Chacko. The reason for doing this is that Alisha bears a striking resemblance to Chacko’s deceased lover, Avantika, who had died during their wedding. So to marry her, Chacko devised a plan to torture Ronny by involving Olivia/Prathista in this scheme and Jeetu is killed in the ensuing chaos. Soon, Olivia dies but before dying, she reveals to Ronny that Alisha is alive and is held hostage by Chacko. Paulo is shown to be Chacko’s brother. He then tortures Ronny with a planned shock treatment to make him go insane, but he is completely healthy. Ronny then kills both Paulo and Chacko, and reunites with Alisha.
