Watch the haunting moment a spider mother is devoured by her own offspring in one of nature's most extreme acts of self-sacrifice. This remarkable wildlife clip captures a rarely seen natural behaviour where the mother spider willingly gives up her body as a final food source for her young — a survival strategy that ensures the next generation thrives. Known as matriphagy, this extraordinary phenomenon is a striking example of how far nature pushes the boundaries of parental sacrifice in the animal kingdom. #Matriphagy #SpiderBehavior #WildlifeDocumentary #NatureScience #Lykstage #LykstageVideo #LykstageCreator #LykstageCommunity
