Leqaa Kordia: Palestinian Protester Freed After a Year in ICE Detention

Leqaa Kordia, a Palestinian activist and protester, has been released after spending more than a year detained in what critics have called an "ICE dungeon." This report tells her story — from the circumstances of her arrest and the conditions she endured in immigration detention, to her eventual release and what her case reveals about the treatment of Palestinian protesters and immigration detainees in the United States. Her ordeal has drawn widespread attention to the broader debate around ICE detention practices, civil liberties, and the targeting of activists on the basis of their political expression and national origin. #LeqaaKordia #ICEDetention #PalestinianRights #ImmigrationJustice #DemocracyNow #Lykstage #LykstageVideo #LykstageCreator #LykstageCommunity
