Wei Shen agrees to help a mysterious woman after her car suddenly stops working during a favor mission. As he inspects the engine under the hood, an unknown attacker sneaks up behind him, strikes him, and quickly flees the area before Wei can react. Determined to catch the culprit, Wei races through the streets in pursuit until the chase leads him straight into an ambush set up by a small gang.
