I spent time at one of the world's most exclusive fitness resorts, where membership costs up to $24,000 per month — and it's unlike anything I've seen. From cutting-edge recovery treatments and fully personalised training programs to luxury accommodations and world-class wellness facilities, every detail at this resort is engineered to help guests optimise performance, accelerate recovery, and build sustainable long-term health habits. In this video, you'll get a complete walkthrough of the resort's incredible amenities, an honest look at the high-end wellness experience, and a real answer to the big question: does this elite fitness lifestyle actually live up to the hype, or is it just luxury marketing at its finest? #FitnessResort #LuxuryWellness #WellnessRetreat #Biohacking #LuxuryTravel #Lykstage #LykstageVideo #LykstageCreator #LykstageCommunity
