Karl Lee: The World's Most Dangerous Arms Dealer — DW Documentary

Karl Lee (Li Fangwei), nicknamed "The Tailor," is the shadow broker topping the FBI's most-wanted list — and the primary force behind Iran's ballistic missile program. This DW Documentary investigative film traces how the Chinese businessman built a globe-spanning network of front companies across four continents to engineer custom sanctions workarounds, supplying specialised materials that fuel conflicts across the Middle East and drive global missile proliferation. Once held by Viktor Bout — "The Merchant of Death" — the title of the world's most dangerous arms dealer now belongs to a phantom the West seems powerless to stop. The documentary exposes intelligence failures, high-stakes international diplomacy, and the shifting dynamics of global power in a gripping manhunt for one of the most elusive figures in modern geopolitics. #DWDocumentary #KarlLee #ArmsDealer #InvestigativeDocumentary #GlobalSecurity #Lykstage #LykstageVideo #LykstageCreator #LykstageCommunity
