A Pathetic Experience At The Park Hotel Chennai , Tamil Nadu

This was my pathetic experience at the Park Hotel in Chennai. We has booked 2 rooms for4 of us on Agoda. After reaching there we were told that only my name was on the guest booking list and that we would have to pay 10,000 extra for my elderly parents and my sister. Agoda washed their hands clean of the issue and said that I would be need to work it out with the hotel and the hotel told me that I would have to work it out with Agoda. Finally we had to shell out the extra money to get the room. We were really exhausted and were left with no choice at this stage. Now watch the video and see how things were from bad to worse.
