Module 12: Season Self-Assessment for Sports Officials | Module 12 : Auto évaluation de la saison

Module 12 is dedicated to season self-assessment — a key step for sports officials and rugby referees to reflect on their journey, analyse their experiences, and identify areas for personal and professional development. This structured module guides you through a review of your performances, decisions, successes, and challenges encountered throughout the season, helping you understand your own progression and draw meaningful lessons to carry forward. Through a structured reflective approach, the module encourages a personal analysis of goals achieved, skills acquired, and areas that still have room to grow. Season self-assessment offers the opportunity to take stock of your learning, recognise your progress, and define new development pathways to keep evolving in your sporting practice and officiating role. #SeasonSelfAssessment #SportsOfficials #RugbyReferee #PersonalDevelopment #SportFormation #Lykstage #LykstageVideo #LykstageCreator #LykstageCommunity
