Rugby Referee Training: Match Preparation and Post-Match Review | Préparation et rétroaction de matchs

Discover a dedicated rugby referee training module covering match preparation and post-match review — two essential stages for improving officiating quality and approaching every game with confidence. This formation walks officials through the key elements to address before a match, including organisation, mental and technical preparation, and analysis of the various parameters that can influence match management. The module also places strong emphasis on post-match retrospection, helping referees identify what went well, understand the situations they faced, and pinpoint clear areas for progression. Through structured analysis and reflective thinking on decisions taken during play, officials can steadily develop their competencies, draw meaningful lessons from every experience, and prepare more effectively for their next encounters.
