Wei Shen's undercover operation reaches its darkest point in The Election, the second-last mission of Sleeping Dogs. After being called to meet Jackie, Wei discovers a horrifying scene that leaves him devastated. Before he can understand what happened, he is ambushed and captured by Mr. Tong, a ruthless Sun On Yee enforcer who has uncovered Wei's true identity as an undercover police officer. Now armed with Tong's phone, clothes, and machete, Wei sets out for his final confrontation. The election is almost over.
