Kinahan-Hutch Feud: How an Amateur Hit Sealed a Dublin Gang Boss's Fate

The Kinahan-Hutch feud stands as one of Ireland's most notorious gangland conflicts, sparked by the 2015 murder of Gary Hutch in Spain and escalating into a deadly cycle of retaliatory killings across Dublin and beyond. This video takes a close look at the pivotal 2016 Regency Hotel shooting, which claimed the life of David Byrne and sent shockwaves through both rival factions. It examines how amateur and inexperienced figures were allegedly drawn into assassination attempts, the vulnerabilities exploited by gang leadership, and the trail of evidence left behind. Drawing on court proceedings, Garda investigations, and in-depth investigative reporting, the video unpacks how law enforcement gradually exposed key parts of the network. From hired killers to reluctant recruits, the human stories behind the headlines reveal a conflict driven as much by desperation and miscalculation as by cold-blooded strategy — and how one clumsy hit helped seal the fate of a Dublin gang boss. #KinahanHutchFeud #IrishTrueCrime #DublinGangland #OrganisedCrime #TrueCrimeDocumentary #Lykstage #LykstageVideo #LykstageCreator #LykstageCommunity
