Bath Rugby delivered a dominant 33-17 bonus-point win over Harlequins on opening night of the Gallagher Premiership at the Stoop, in a high-octane Friday night thriller. Dan du Preez got Bath off the mark with a powerful maul try, before Will Porter and Chandler Cunningham-South hit back for the hosts. The standout moment came from Santi Carreras, who produced a sensational individual wonder try — intercepting with his boot, collecting cleanly, and sprinting downfield to score. Finn Russell's impeccable kicking kept Bath in control throughout, and Ewan Richards added a late sealing try to wrap up a commanding victory. A second-half yellow card to Quins' Sam Riley summed up a difficult evening for the hosts. It was a commanding statement performance from Bath to kick off the new rugby season in style, signalling clear intent from the visitors as title contenders this Premiership campaign. #GallagherPrem #BathRugby #Harlequins #RugbyHighlights #FridayNightLights #Lykstage #LykstageVideo #LykstageCreator #LykstageCommunity
