Dodgers Weigh Benching Shohei Ohtani for NLCS Game 3 Amid Slump

The Los Angeles Dodgers are considering benching Shohei Ohtani for NLCS Game 3 as the team faces a 2-0 series deficit against the Milwaukee Brewers. Manager Dave Roberts has openly acknowledged the difficult decision, with Ohtani battling a deep postseason slump, persistent lower-body injuries, and notable mechanical struggles at the plate. The prospect of resting a generational superstar mid-series has sent shockwaves through the franchise, as management and Ohtani himself must weigh whether a temporary benching or reduced role gives Los Angeles the best chance to mount a comeback and keep their World Series hopes alive. #ShoheiOhtani #Dodgers #MLBPlayoffs #NLCS #BaseballNews #Lykstage #LykstageVideo #LykstageCreator #LykstageCommunity
