EV Conversion: 62-Year Barn Find 1948 Chevy Gets Electric Power – EP1

A 1948 Chevrolet barn find gets a second life as a full electric vehicle conversion in this exciting first episode of the 48CHEV project series. After sitting untouched for 62 years, this vintage classic is finally pulled back into the spotlight — not for a traditional restoration, but for an ambitious EV swap that pairs old-school automotive character with modern electric technology. Episode 1 covers the early stages of the build: assessing the car's long-dormant condition, mapping out the conversion plan, and laying the groundwork for the mechanical and fabrication work ahead. The team digs into the challenges of transforming a forgotten classic into a zero-emission EV, blending hands-on problem-solving with a genuine passion for both vintage automobiles and cutting-edge electric drivetrains. If you love barn finds, classic car builds, or EV conversions, this is the series to follow from the very beginning. #EVConversion #BarnFind #ClassicCarRestoration #48CHEV #ElectricVehicle #Lykstage #LykstageVideo #LykstageCreator #LykstageCommunity
