Waterbug or Roach? The Denial Is Real — Relatable Pest Humor

Nobody wants to admit that two-inch, winged, antenna-waving creature is a roach — so we call it a waterbug, a palmetto bug, or "something from outside." This funny, relatable video captures the full spiral: the scuttling across the floor, everyone jumping on chairs, the tense standoff, and the sheer panic the moment those wings spread out. Whether you're a southerner well-acquainted with palmetto bugs or just someone who has had an unexpected six-legged houseguest, the denial hits the same. One tip holds true no matter what polite name you give it — grab the shoe, keep your eyes locked on the target, and do not look away. #WaterBug #RoachProblems #PalmettoBug #RelatableHumor #PestControl #Lykstage #LykstageVideo #LykstageCreator #LykstageCommunity
