We took engineering to the absolute extreme by creating a fully functional, completely cordless dual-bladed lightsaber staff capable of reaching over 4000 degrees. In this build, we tackled extreme heat management, custom fuel flow channels, and high-output ignition systems to pack massive thermal energy into a balanced, handheld chassis without any tethered power cables.
