Our BIGGEST project yet (SPIDER MECH)

After months of design, fabrication, and endless troubleshooting, our most ambitious build is finally standing. In this episode, we take you behind the scenes of designing, constructing, and testing a full-scale, multi-legged mechanical walking machine from raw materials to a functioning machine. Every leg demanded custom heavy-duty articulation, hydraulic actuator mounts, and precise structural welding to support the massive chassis. We encountered real engineering bottlenecks along the way, pushing our team and workshop capabilities to the limit just to get the stabilization frame off the ground.
