Since Wagle Ki Duniya by JD Majethia completed 1000 episodes, I sat down with the creator to discuss how he revived the hit show of the yesteryears. He spoke about getting Anjan Srivastava and Bharti Achrekar back in the show, with Sumeet Raghavan headlining it. JD spoke about how Sarabhai vs Sarabhai wasn't a hit show and only after the channel began its reruns, did it turn out to be a big show. He also confessed that the 2nd season was a flop. He spoke about his bond with Rupali Ganguly and reveals whether she has changed after Anupamaa's success. He speaks in detail about Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah fame Gurucharan Singh's disappearance and how the police thought he was avoiding them.
