All the ingredients of a stressful job.But I felt the stress very little, thanks to IE. And I could put in sustained long hours for two years without an issue. The kriya energized me daily, my sleep quota has been reduced already, and the increased awareness of my interiority enabled me to stay even keeled. "In Eastern cultures, the number 108 is significant...but why? Sadhguru tells us a few of the many mathematic equations which connect our individual human systems with the vast human existence. He says that the yogic culture has created methods to align our systems with the cosmos. If we can properly align ourselves with this vastness, we will have access to cosmic knowledge."
