In "The Thank You Economy", Gary Vaynerchuk does a great job at explaining how businesses should be run in today's world with thriving social media. To have a successful business, you have to listen to your customers, and social media such as Twitter and Facebook is exactly how to do it. He teaches you how to talk and communicate with all employees and customers that interact with your business to creative a great environment to be in that thrives in the Thank You Economy. I completely recommend any Gary Vaynerchuk book, as he knows what he is doing. Gary owns and operates the world-famous Vaynermedia, and started his career selling baseball cards as a teenager. He worked in his parents cellar for a couple years, until he maximized their wine company profits from $3 to $60 million a year, so I'm just saying that he knows how to run a business, and knows (probably more than anyone) how to use social media to market.
