Higher Education Center for Ethics, Equity and Transparency

This alliance between Rutgers University and the National University of Asunción (UNA), with USAID support, has created a Center for Higher Education in Ethics, Equity, and Transparency at UNA. The center works to install these concepts transversally at UNA's curricular mesh and to train professionals capable of influencing a culture of legality in Paraguay.
