Hauki kala⧸Pike fish｜ How i prepare⧸cook the monster fish in the lake of Finland!

This fish from winter fishing of friend of mine Abick & her husband Eino Holmi . Its almost 1kg. Its growing bigger like 5kg to 7kg They call it here in Finland, monster fish in the lake of Finland I fried in butter marenated first with Ginger & lemon powder Salt & aromi salt Black peppers We like eating this fish with soysause/sawsawan.
