There is a peaceful Younghee's duck farm. One day, all the ducks that were raised in the farm disappeared. Young-hee, who started looking for traces of the missing ducks, thinks that the forest monster in the fairy tale is the culprit. The truth behind the disappearance of ducks is revealed only after going on an adventure into the forest. 기획의도(Purpose of production) 나는 오늘 아침으로 베이컨과 계란 프라이를 먹었고, 털이 달린 코트를 입고 나왔다. 이렇듯 우리는 동물들에게서 고기, 알, 털 등 많은 것들을 얻는다. 이러한 과정 속에서 우리는 동물들을 어떻게 대해야 할까? 여전히 존재하는 공장식 축산으로 길러지는 동물들은 태어나서 죽을 때까지 좁은 공간에 갇혀 살아간다. 세상이 어떻게 생겼는지도 모르는 채로, 자신이 왜 그렇게 살아가야 하는지도 모르는 채로 영원히 말이다. 그런 동물들이 처음으로 경험한 세상이 차가운 기계 속, 혹은 빛 하나 들어오지 않는 땅 속이 아니었으면 한다. 그렇게 우리들은 동물 복지 농장이 늘어났으면 하는 마음으로 ‘포롱’을 제작했다.
