At the time of a operations meeting to get out of zero points while punishing side by side at school, Dalbong said he has heard about the dragon's marble that makes our wish come true. 기획의도(Purpose of production) 모두 어렸을 적 한 번쯤 말도 안 되는 상상을 해본 경험이 있을 것이다. 처음 보는 요정이 소원을 이루어준다거나, 갑자기 마법을 쓸 수 있게 된다거나 하는 상상들 말이다. 순수한 아이들의 상상 속 이야기가 실제로 실현된다면 어떨까 하는 엉뚱한 생각에서 출발하여 주인공 트리오가 소원을 들어주는 용의 구슬을 얻기 위해 용을 소환하여 추격전을 벌이는 귀엽고 발랄한 애니메이션을 기획하였다. 작품의 주인공 춘자, 달봉, 영준은 시험을 위해 열심히 공부하려 하지 않고, 마법이라는 행운에 기대어 백 점을 받으려 한다. 스스로 열심히 노력하려 하지 않고 요행을 바라면 결국 아무것도 달성하지 못한다는 교훈을 귀엽고 유쾌한 분위기 속에 녹여내보고 싶었다.
