Add the egg and the melted butter. Mix the salt with the flour and add the milk. On a floured surface knead the dough for a minute and place it in a floured bowl. Cover with a kitchen towel and let it rest until it doubles in size. Be patient, the dough will rise slowly. Make sure you put the dough in a warm place. After resting cut the dough in four pieces and form balls. Cover with a kitchen towel and let it rest for 15 minutes. Meanwhile, prepare the filling ingredients as you see it on the video. Roll out the first piece of dough to a round shape (15 inches)and set aside. Roll out the second ball to the same size and spread half of the butter on the dough evenly. Add the other rolled-out ball on top and flatten with a rolling pin. Spread half of the walnut filling on the dough evenly and cut up to 16 triangles. Roll up each triangle into a crescent shape and place them into a lined baking tray. Let them rest covered for 25 minutes. While the first batch is resting repeat the same steps with the leftover balls. Bake them in a preheated 355F oven until light golden brown, for 20-23 minutes. Once they are done brush the kiflis with warm milk while they are still hot. Ezalatt keverjük össze a diótöltelék hozzávalóit.
