Ingredients: Olive Oil Onion 1 chopped Garlic 1 tbsp Carrots 200gm chopped Boil 1 and 1/2 kg Potato with some salt Minced Meat of your choice 1kg (I have used mutton) Salt & Pepper to taste Rosemary 1 and 1/2 tsp Thyme 1 and 1/2 tsp Cornflour 3 tbsp Chicken Stock 2 cups Tomato puree 1 cup Peas 200 gms Potato Mash: Butter 1 tbsp Cheddar Cheese 1 cup Egg Yolk 1 Salt & Pepper to taste Milk 1/2 cup Bake for 30 mins on 200C Serve hot!
