I tried making them in my kitchen I’m happy to report my #Eggless version of #JimJamBiscuits was amazing absolute hit The dough of these biscuits come together with just three very simple ingredients. Then there is the cream- trust me, it tastes exactly like the one we love so much! The homemade raspberry jam is the perfect amount of tart to balance the sweetness. You could also use store bought jam to make these! Biscuit: 1 + 1/2 cup maida 70 gms cold butter 1/2 cup condensed milk Filling: 1 cup powdered sugar 1/4 cup cold butter 1 tsp vanilla Few drops of milk Jam: 3/4 frozen raspberries 1 tbsp sugar 2 tbsp water ( add cornflour to make it thicker)
