US state of Florida prepares for massive Hurricane Milton

Hurricane Milton is barrelling towards the US, with the storm set to make landfall in Florida on Oct 10. Weather experts warn it could be one of the most destructive storms ever to hit the Gulf Coast of Florida. Simon Marks has more from Washington DC.
