Xu Min, who appears to have a successful career and two children, has a difficult-to-discuss secret: she has been enduring long-term domestic violence from her husband, Chen Jun. Xu Min doesn't fit the image of a victim that everyone imagines; she is strong, brave, and has her own career. In the process of trying to divorce her husband with the help of lawyer Li Xiaomeng, she faces a husband who is careful not to leave evidence, people around her who mock and question her, societal indifference, all for the sake of her two children... When divorce is not the end of domestic violence, when home is not a safe haven but a storm itself, can she break through this storm?
