Meiyazhagan Movie Review ｜ Karthi, Arvind Swamy ｜ Vishal Menon ｜ THR India

Vishal Menon reviews Premkumar's latest film "Meiyazhagan," starring Karthi and Arvind Swamy. This bittersweet tale follows Arul (Swamy) as he returns to his hometown Thanjavur after two decades, encountering Karthi's character who seems to know everything about him. The film explores themes of identity, family, and rediscovering one's roots through a gentle, emotional journey. Premkumar's signature world-building shines through, creating a hopeful atmosphere where even flawed characters possess hearts of gold. With beautiful music by Govind Vasantha and strong performances from the lead actors, Meiyazhagan offers a soul-cleansing experience that leaves viewers feeling lighter. #MeiyazhaganReview #KarthiArvindSwamy #TamilCinema
