That's right, kids: together with the cute kittens from your favorite cartoon we prepared Nonna Pina's famous tagliatelle and seasoned them with a super meatball sauce! A quick and easy recipe, suitable for every day as well as for Sunday lunches with the whole family. A very tasty dish, substantial and full of energy, as Lampo, Milady, Pilou and above all… Meatballs know very well! My Nonna Pina tagliatelle with meatball ragù are prepared with a few simple ingredients, a rolling pin and a little… elbow grease to roll out the dough! And if we have some ragu left over, we can keep it in a jar in the fridge after it has cooled down. Our 4 friends followed me and helped me prepare and we had a lot of fun together. I'm really happy about it and I dedicate this recipe to all the children who follow me with so much interest and affection.
